Lot Description

The lot sits on a steep hillside looking over the gorge and river.

The "Rainbow View Terrace" addition to Lyle is less than half built out. The road is private and maintained by the lot owners.

Late in 2000 I took many transit readings (with Peter's help) to get some idea of what the topography of the lot looked like. It drops 40 feet from the road to the south boundary with a 20 foot wide bench running East-West. Since building the driveway and excavation, the bench is now wider and flatter than it was originally.
